YACnCAYworks closely with Damilola Taylor Trust and Kodjo Yenga Foundation, also other foundations within our community to highlight the issues with gun and knife crime.
- To conduct workshops for both parents and youth
- Set up a helpline for parents and youth to contact us for advice in confidence
- Work closely with other organisations for example: Mayor of London’s mentoring scheme (Team London)and to support government initiatives
- Developing close partnerships with both statutory and non-statutory agencies to meet the needs of the youth
- Ensure that our staff feel valued and are equipped through continuous development of appropriate skills to do their work efficiently
- Working with Christian and non-Christian organisations that support our cause, such as the Overseas Fellowship of Nigerian Christians (OFNC).
